Hi all,

This version addresses the yangdoctors review and a comment from Joe raised
during the last IETF meeting: enhance the readability of the module.

To that aim, we added annotations and reordered some data notes for better
clarity. We also made some other edits and fixes to make idnits happy.

As usual, comments are more than welcome.

Cheers,
Med
