Dear OPSAWG and CCAMP,

Based on feedback from Paul and Amanda, we concluded that the best option is to
create a " G-PON Encapsulation Method PTI Subregistry" which is maintained by a
designated expert.

The designated expert monitors the G-PON Encapsulation Method related
activities at ITU-T and updates the IPFIX subregistry when needed.

The document reflects these changes and also some other IPFIX registry related
input in -01.

The document is ready for working group adoption at OPSAWG.

Looking forward for more reviews and feedback from both working groups.

Best wishes
Thomas
