Dear OPSAWG colleagues,

A new revision of my draft has been posted:

📄 OODA-HTTP: Adaptive Security Framework for HTTP Communications

Draft: https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-secroot-ooda-http-02.txt

Diff: https://author-tools.ietf.org/iddiff?url2=draft-secroot-ooda-http-02

Highlights in -02:

References cleaned and updated (DOTS, QUIC-LB -21, SIEM).

Clarified Security Considerations.

Added a unified OODA-Action registry (Appendix B).

Editorial cleanup of metadata.

OODA-HTTP complements existing OPS protocols such as DOTS.
It embeds an adaptive defense loop directly in HTTP, while remaining
interoperable with DOTS, STAMP, SIEM, and other signaling frameworks.

I would very much welcome OPS community feedback on:

Interoperability with DOTS signaling (RFC 9132, RFC 9244).

Practical use cases where HTTP servers cooperate with DOTS/OPS signals.

Special thanks to Mohamed Boucadair for his earlier insights — I hope
this revision addresses part of those comments.

Best regards,
Rachid Bouziane
