Hi Chongfeng Xie,

Thank you for your interest in this draft.

I have skipped the detailed introduction of one-on-one correlation between
IPFIX elements and YANG elements during the presentation, due to time limits.

Benoit has provided a comprehensive explanation on this point, which I fully
agree with.

Please let us know if you have any further thoughts on this.

Best Regards,

CAO Qian

主题: [OPSAWG]Re: Question for “Export of SAV Information in IPFIX”

Hi Chongfeng,

Yes, this is absolutely the goal.
See
https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-cao-opsawg-ipfix-sav-01.html#name-open-issues

The mappings between the SAV YANG data model and IPFIX IEs are considered based
on the common foundation of the general SAV capabilities document
[I-D.ietf-savnet-general-sav-capabilities]. The operational correlation is
demonstrated in Table 1, which defines the values for the designed IEs mapped
from the corresponding [I-D.li-savnet-sav-yang] SAV Management YANG Module.

Regards, Benoit

Hi Qian Cao,
The question I wanted to ask at OPSAWG sesssion is: There is a YANG model
document(A YANG Model for SAVNET) about SAV general capabilities. Is there a
connection between the IPFIX for SAV-related IEs and the YANG model definition?

Thanks.

Best regards
Chongfeng
