This draft new Recommendation has been initiated at the ITU-T Study Group 13 plenary on 6 November 2025. This new work item aims to specifies a framework and functional requirements of cross-domain observability M&O for IMT-2020 networks and beyond, including use cases, functional requirements, framework architecture, operational procedures of cross-domain observability M&O. ITU-T SG13 looks forward to keeping continued collaboration and exchange with you on the related topic for IMT-2020 networks and beyond.
