Sorry the proxypass is not the issue i have its the mod-rewrite "You will also want to add a mod-rewrite rule for all the static ProxyPass exception entries, otherwise those files are delivered by opsview-web, rather than Apache."

One problem you might be having is if you have those ProxyPass statements in your apache config, they might not be under the vhost you're pointing at. Use "httpd -S" to find out what vhost config file/location in that file corresponds to the hostname you're requesting with your browser. All this assumes you're using apache and not just pointing to http://hostname:3000/ of course.
