Please have a look at the Opsview installation documentation at
http://docs.opsview.org/doku.php?id=opsview3.1:debian-installation. Check
out the section "Configuring Apache". It will tell you how to move from port
3000 to port 80 and speed up Opsview in the process.

To move from hostname to fqdn, if you remove the 000-default as is in the
documentation, you make Opsview the default server and you should get the
Opsview interface when accessing the server under any name, hostname or
fqdn.
