This is a very basic question but I can't seem to find the answer in the
documentation, in these archives, and can't figure it out myself...

I'm looking at moving from GroundWork Open Source to OpsView because of
the reporting features offered by OpsView. I have downloaded and am
running the VM for Opsview Version 3.1.0 but for the life of me I can't
find any real reporting features besides those that are already offered
by Nagios.

I'm really excited that Opsview uses the BIRT framework but I can't find
that it's installed or configured anywhere.

I log into the application and under the Reports section I have
Scheduled Reports, Selections, Graphs, Trends, etc. I've tried running
the Availability Report but it produces a PDF that says that there is no
data to report.

I found in the documentation that I have to set up the ODW database and
connect Opsview to it. I ran the db_odw db_install and the
import_runtime. I also went into System Preferences / ODW in the GUI and
turned on Import Into ODW. I'm sure that I have to wait until some data
is really loaded into the ODW database.

With all that said, my questions include:

1. Is the reporting module installed and configured with the VM
image?
2. If it is, is there any documentation on creating new reports,
etc? Are there any templates that can serve as a starting point?
3. If it is not configured, how can I configure it? There is no
documentation on even retrieving the code.

I am really just looking for a starting point that I can use to create
some SLA and other reports. The opsview.org website has a nice
screenshot on www.opsview.org/opsviewreports webpage but for the life of
me I can't figure out how to get a report like that. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
