Do you see anything when you hit /atom with your web browser rather than an atom client? What data is stored within the username.store file? You can examine the contents with something like
cd /usr/local/nagios/atomperl -MStorable -MData::Dump -le '$hash=Storable::lock_retrieve("username.store"); print Data::Dump::dump($hash)'
Which logs did you look in? /var/log/opsview/opsview-web.log would hold errors about this part of the site
