I think I finally have my head wrapped around the way that Opsview handles
notifications -- the documentation is pretty-much non-existent on how
host/service groups map to notifications (and it's really non-intuitive to me
-- the language on the Contact page of "authorised" does not map to "will be
notified" in my mind).
That aside, how can I customize the command that is used to send the
notifcation? I need to change what information is being sent in the e-mail,
both to customize the fields being sent and to add the Opsview URL to the
message. I don't see a link anywhere in the configuration or advanced section
of Opsview to edit the miscommands, how is this done? I'm sure if I change the
file itself it will just be overwritten the next time someone reloads the
server.
Any advice short of editing nagiosconfgen.pl and never upgrading?
