It only appeared on my small setup (which is a copy of the big one, where I 
deleted a lot of hosts and services). 

It does not appear on my big setup. 

  

So it might be a single case here.

In the servicecheckdependencies there were dependencyid's that did not exist. I 
removed them manually, and the query is running well.




  


OK, that makes sense. I'll add a delete command before attempting to add the 
foreign key constraint in that upgrade step. This will help for anyone else 
that has this issue in future upgrades.
