Is it possible to add additional URL to SideNav? I edited opsview_web.yml file, added new url under

You should modify/create opsview_web_local.yml - additions/changes to this file will not get overwritten on an upgrade.  See http://docs.opsview.org/doku.php?id=opsview3.3:customising

However, when I restarted opsview-web, I got:

Starting opsview-web: Error parsing /usr/local/opsview-web/opsview_web.yml: Syck parser (line 90, column 3): syntax error at /usr/local/nagios/perl/lib/i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi/YAML/Syck.pm line 71.
 at /usr/local/nagios/perl/lib/Catalyst/Plugin/ConfigLoader.pm line 78
Compilation failed in require at script/opsview_web_server.pl line 62.

You probably used tabs instead of spaces - this file is white space sensitive and the format has to be exact.
