Hi Duncs,

This seems to have made it worse. I downloaded the latest version of the file
from svn and now i get:

query_host returned invalid XML: <data> <host sysContact="Wavex Technology"
sysDescr="Hardware: x86 Family 6 Model 23 Stepping 10 AT/AT COMPATIBLE -
Software: Windows Version 6.0 (Build 6002 Multiprocessor Free)"
sysLocation="MMR1"> <interface id="1" ifAlias="Loopback Pseudo-Interface 1"
ifDescr="Software Loopback Interface 1

It's now missing out most of the xml file.

If I run query_host -H 10.9.0.70 -C wavex-cacti -p 2c -t from a command line I
get a full output. Again the cisco switches and other kit seems unaffected.

Any thoughts on why its not happy with the new version of the file?

Kind regards,
Matt

I guess it's caused by unvisible \x00 character .

Sorry, missed this patch before - now committed and will be in 3.5.0
