Hi,

There is no single host or interface linked to NMIS, but I keep
getting daily mails about NMIS crontab entries that ran or failed to run.

Pretty annoying.

Hi, I guess as long as you don't enable "use NMIS for interfaces" in the
SNMP section of a host, it is not using resources at all - unless you're
worried about disk space :-) For more advanced network statistics or
troubleshooting, it can be nice - at least, that's what our network guys
tell me ;-) bests arthur

 Hi,

Is there any way to disable NMIS?
 I don't see a
reason to use it, so it only consumes resources on my servers.

 Tnx.
