I've got a contact notification question. We've got our database servers setup in their own host group. We've got a service check that really only needs to notify our DBA's when there is an issue and not the system administrators. So is there a way to notify the system administrators on everything except this one service check? I'm not seeing a good way to do this.
I could setup a keyword for the service check, but I'm assuming that having the contact setup for notifications of the database server hostgroup is inclusive of all services. The only way I can see to do this is some fancy work with keywords, but I thought I would throw it out there first.
