I have updated a test system to 3.5.1 and most everything seems great.

Browse to Configuration --> Parent Tree and wait for it to load
Now bring up the configuration menu again...the bottom half of it
fails
to show as if it is hidden behind the parent tree window.
Not sure if this is a one-off thing or if there is a bigger issue,

just wanted to report it. I have not found any other issues.
Unfortunately, this is a limitation of Java applets. I've added a faq

We have some ideas on replacing the Parent Tree functionality using
Canvas and Javascript, but these are all ideas at the moment!
