I am currently using the Opsview Version 3.5.1 Community Edition and I am trying to configure the system so that it will sent out email notifications for the start and end of downtime events.
The Opsview UI does not support the downtime notifications but the Nagios core does if you specify "s" as an additional option for host_notification_options in the contact data. I tried manual modifying the nagconfgen.pl file to append ",s" to the host_notification_options which did update the contacts but it still failed to send the email.
