Hello to all I have few questions about concept.
In my scenario I have installed 4 slave servers 2 database server 1 "master" server and finaly 1 web server Everything works well I need to understand how works opsview-master and opsview-web It seems to be dedicated opsviewmaster or opsview-web server useless When I have two opsview daemons enabled (master + web) I randomly receive notification UNKNOWN:Service results are stale - It is understandable When I have enabled only the master server everything works perfect except web gui The web gui seems to work well until I do not need to use CGI (http://ipaddress/cgi-bin/extinfo.cgi?type=2&service=) then I got error because nagios is not running : Error: Could not read host and service status information! Do anybody have "success stories" with dedicated web server? My goal is to have dedicated webserver where users will be allowed to reporting, acknowledge events etc My English is terrible, I hope that you will understand what I meant I could not find any documentation on the dedicated opsview-webserver. Can somebody please help Thanks in advance
