Just to hook into this thread, We also use the All Unhandled view to display on our monitor screen. But the menu on top is also displayed , so we loose approx 1/5 of the screen (I know 15" screen is too small , but we have to cope with it untill a bigger screen is bought). Is there any way to only display the all unhandled and not the menu ?

You could do a master Nagvis map with links to submaps for a pretty graphical overview of things being monitored. For useful info I always look at All Unhandled alerts so that would be a good list for your NOC staff to watch... Viewports area might also look decent in a NOC if you have gone through the trouble to set them up. We use Nagvis for show and tell when customers are in, but end up using All unhandled alerts on a daily basis.. James Whittington VC3, Inc.
