I'm still in test enviroment. The next step is to set up master on HA (real machines), and database hosted on different servers with solid state disks, that have preformances near to MEMORY engine... If it's an issue on mysql, this will remove the problem certainly.

It could be Opsview's housekeeping. We've found that default mysql
installations do not have enough cache setup. This can cause a high I/O,
especially in a virtual environment. So you may want to tune your mysql
parameters to get best performance here.
