Off by one hour which way?

You are correct, this shouldn't alert. I know there are some timezone/dst issues in core Nagios. We've fixed one re: 24x7 timeperiods, but there could be others. I have a nagging feeling that there is an "off by one hour" bug, but I don't have specific proof. Anyone else have similar issues?
