Just to close the topic:
a lock file was blocking the first execution of import.
I don't know where this lock is located, I just temporarily modified the
script import_runtime to not take care of the lock file.
After importation, I re-enabled the lock control.

Thank you for all your support, it's been really useful to understand my
errors.
