I’m also seeing the error. However I got the rpm installed by forcing it in,
and have not have had any problems with that… And NagVIS is working, if I
connect to it using: http://opsview/nagvis/nagvis... But if I use the link from
within Opsview, I get the same error… Nagvis is not configured… I have also
followed the FAQ to the letter several times… Please help.

Kind Regards Jacob

Hi,

i´ve got some problems running NagVis on CentOS 5.3 x64.

If i try to start NagVis the following messages is displayed:

Nagvis is not configured. Please see Opsview documentation for details.

I think the problem is “graphviz”. If i try to install the following error
occures:

[r...@monitoring ~]# yum install graphviz.x86_64 graphviz-php.x86_64

...

Package matching graphviz-php-2.8-1.el5.rf.x86_64 already installed. Checking
for update.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

You could try running: package-cleanup --problems

                        package-cleanup --dupes

                        rpm -Va --nofiles –nodigest

I did the steps described at Opsview FAQ (
http://docs.opsview.org/doku.php?id=opsview-community:nagvis:redhat ), but the
problem still exist.

Any ideas?

Best Regards,

Sebastian
