Hi, I am running Centos as well. I checked the file
/etc/snmp/snmptrapd.conf and it seems it doesn't belong to any package.
Therefore, you need to create it by hand and enter the information as
specified in Opsview guide.

Subject: [opsview-users] SNMP Trap setup

Hello,

I am trying to setup a few SNMP Traps for our firewall, problem is that
Opsview doesn't appear to be receiving them even though the firewall is
sending them. I followed this guide
http://docs.opsview.org/doku.php?id=opsview3.6:snmptrapsetup, but there
is no /etc/snmp/snmptrapd.conf file, and I can't seem to find any other
guides. Current machine runs on CentOS 5. Does anyone know what steps I
have to follow to make it work?

Thank you in advance,

Ilse
