Thanks! Opsview appears to have installed, however the login time is
ludicrous!! I will investigate to find the problem. Does Opsview try to
configure nagios tools upon first login or something?

I have tried to install the Sun Java dependency but the install of
opsview-reports still does not recognize. Are there any other solutions or
documentation to install Opsview when HPK traffic is disallowed?

Have you enabled the 'partner' repo (for Lucid:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/CommandLine#Adding%20Partner%20Repositories)
or the multiverse repo (for everything else)? Opsview depends on
sun-java5-xxx rather than openjdk-1.6 currently - this may change when we have
had chance to test opsview-reports against it on Debian/Ubuntu properly.
