Fixed one issue. I had actually installed the SmoothWall virtual
appliance the same night which I hadn't realised has a DHCP service
configured by default whichexplains the 192.168.58.199 address. I'm
still having the same issue though with my OpsView virtual appliance in
that I set the static IP details using netconf and then sometime later
the IP address will change to that of an IP in my DHCP scope. Is there
anything else I need to do other than running netconf to set a static IP
address and make it stick?
