Keel, and Askay are the Slave servers
 
Opsview is currently running fine but nmis is rendering incorrectly


Are you actively using NMIS for hosts?  Can you check the /usr/local/nagios/nmis/var directory exists on the slaves and also the permissions are correct?  Does a reload work without generating errors?
