Yep http://nsclient.org appears to be back online. Hopefully there were using some form of nagios to notify them of the outage :<)..
I didn't see a way to provide a exclusion pattern when checking the status of all autostarted services by the way. Windows 2008 servers have some services that are set to deferred start and some services don't stay started all the time so I was hoping to have some generic exclusions but it doesn't appear the service check can do that.
