Mine was never with LDAP but I do remember getting similar errors after setting 
up NagVis and it seemed to be fixed by restarting Opsview/Opsview-web and 
apache2

Hopefully the reboot may fix it

mmm, that does not help unfortunately, same error.

I'll try rebooting the server later today, although I do not think
this will fix the problem, to be honest.
