OK, my most recent documentation can be found at
http://anonymity-portal.us. See the section about the courier system. I
know there are probably some significant holes in my design, but I think
the idea is good, and may lead to something significant we can all
benefit from.

On on a more relevant note, I put my exit node back online; there were
some firewall issues that were preventing it from working for a while,
but we're good to go now. A friend of mine may also put a node online,
further adding to our growing OR pool.
