you use hibernation, you probably run Tor on laptop. So it takes many
hours to propagate your node across network and you dont have any
traffic for while. Then you hibernate computer and others will fail to
connect you for next hours... But it is good way to make job for
directory servers ;-).

Yes, I run Tor on a laptop. It usually runs about 10 hours/day.
I would like to choose the configuration that is less disruptive at
this usage pattern.
