It means that one part of the code said "close connection X when you get around to it!" and another part of the code also said "close connection X when you get around to it!" We try not to allow this in the code base, since a connection that's marked to be closed shouldn't really be used in a way that would make us want to close it again. This isn't a problem for you, since the code catches it and tries to handle it gracefully. It is a problem for the developers, though.
