Position: *Change Manager** *Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 months Pay: *48/hr C2C MAX** *Interview: PS, F2F Required Skills: Consultants must have excellent Comm. skills and meet the following requirements: *3 or more years of experience in change management preferred. ** Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred. Provides input based on expertise relating to small to mid-size corporate change initiatives that impact single function or process change within a department. Normally, initiatives limited in scope to department products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Some may also have significant impact on the ability of the department to effectively deliver products or services. All require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation. A Change Consultant is responsible for analyzing information, incorporating client problems and concerns, developing and implementing solutions. Also responsible for ensuring effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions.
