Duration: 6 month Must come from Brokerage environment. Series 7 certification is a big plus. Brokerage or Financial exp required. SDLC from requirements to implementation phase. If they have First rate (performance system) and or trust exp (brokerage term of someone with princpal and income exp). is a big plus Key things he looks for are; They must have been a former developer in any technology, must have coding and large scale project exp. . Likes computer science degrees. Must have full SDLC exp. to include testing and some Project management. Must have brokerage exp. Business analyst position responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements, basic UI design and report requirements. Full project life cycle experience required. Ability to work with the business client through meetings and interviews to elicit and document all system requirements in a BRS. Flexible role will also include some application testing, production support, project management and budget management. Candidate must possess strong analytical skills and good organizational skills. Familiarity with financial services industry, financial planning, asset allocation, performance concepts or Series 7 preparatory work a plus. Strong math background or computer science background a plus.
