Responsibilities: Involved in gathering and documenting business requirements and guiding business users through Siebel out-of-the-box functionalities. Responsible for defining functional design documents based on user requirements. Performed the gap analysis to identify the configuration gaps and interfaces required. Set up the Siebel 7.7 development, testing, and production enterprise environments including Siebel Gateway Servers, Application Servers, and database servers on Unix Environment. Involved in administering, configuring and tuning Siebel Enterprise Responsible for Siebel employee setup, organization, position and position hierarchies, responsibilities and views. Responsible for configuring and scripting (eScript) UI and Business Layer objects like Screens, Views Applets, Business Components, Business Objects and Links.
