Mortgage Project Manager 4+ month contract.  For this req we cannot use H1's
so if you have anyone please send them along, they also need to come out of
Financial Services.



Requirement

•              7-10 years project management experience.

•              4-9 Years of financial industry (mortgage or GSE preferred)
experience

•              4+ years of experience within a large corporation, preferably
in a financial institution or with a consulting group working for a
financial institution in a compliance related position.

•              Standard Office Automation tools -- including proficiency in
Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio and
SharePoint)

•              Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

•              Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities.

•              Excellent writing and document drafting skills.

•              Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•              Excellent organizational skills.

•              Ability to work well with clients in a dynamic and fast-paced
environment.

•              Gains support for change by providing context and responding
with sensitivity to concerns; Removes obstacles that block or slow the
implementation of change; Takes initiative to recommend / develop innovative
approaches to getting things done

•              Can effectively cope with change; Can shift gears
comfortably; Can manage numerous situations when necessary; Can comfortably
handle risk and uncertainty

•              Ability to work independently and take initiative.

•              The determination to pursue details.

•              Ability to manage, coordinate and guide a project team

•              Ability to resolve project issues

•              Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or
Economics or related field

Description:

Reporting to the Compliance & Ethics Business Management Office Director,
the incumbent will have the primary responsibility for working with key
stakeholders throughout the enterprise to implement and monitor the
compliance of the Financial Agency Agreement (FAA).

•              Assist in the development and implementation of processes and
tools to monitor, test, and remediate deficiencies of process controls
throughout the HAMP program.

•              Perform analysis and review of process controls for effective
compliance monitoring and testing.

•              Maintain project controls issues management strategies,
meeting agendas and minutes, project reviews and the storage of project
deliverables and control artifacts in a central repository.

•              Develop policies, procedures and key metrics to support the
management in meeting project objectives and deliverables.

• Develop strong relationships and manage day-to-day activities with
stakeholders and partners responsible for executing the program to ensure
achievement of goals and objectives.
