*Sr. Network Administrator* Location- NYC Duration - 3 TO 6 Months Contract to Hire* GC/US Citizens/EADs Only* * * § Provide full support for Exchange 2003 environment; make recommendations for improvements. § Set up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks. § Manage and support Trend Micro Neat Suite and Exchange ScanMail. § Develops and maintains all systems, security, and network configurations. § Troubleshoots network performance issues. § Manage and maintain Data Domain D565 de-duplication storage devices. § Manage and maintain enterprise backups utilizing Commvault Simpana 8.0 § Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. § Provides technical support and guidance to users. § Monitor, and administer VMware ESX hosts and VMware virtual center. § Configure and deploy Microsoft Windows 2003 servers and virtual machines. § Assist with installing and configuring Cisco switches, routers and firewall. § Administer, maintain, upgrade, and manage Cisco routers and switches. § Administer, maintain, upgrade, and manage HP DL385 and DL585 servers. § Provide support for business critical applications, such as e-mail, directory services, spam and virus scanners, and any store related servers. § Take full control Blackberry and ListServ servers. § Patch and maintain all Windows and VMware server operating systems. § Respond to Help Desk tickets requiring network and systems issues. § Install and configure desktop operating systems and applications as required § Work with vendors' technical support as required resolving technical problems. § Develop and maintain network and system diagrams utilizing Microsoft Visio. § Configure and manage two active directory domains containing 8000 objects, DNS, DHCP and Wins. § Create technical documentation as required for all network and system related changes and updates. § Monitor and generate reports for network and server status, and correct all reported anomalies. § Monitor and administer EMC CS-500 and EMC NS40 NAS storage systems utilizing EMC Navisphere. § Manage and maintain server patches utilizing Ecora Patch manager. § Install, configure, and support internal and external networks. *Education:* · Bachelor's degree (B.
