Hi *Role : Sr. NET Engineer (Flex exp.)*
Location : New York, NY Duration : 6+ months *Position Summary* Client Looking for Sr. Engineer for its a high-performing development team, working on cutting-edge .Net and Adobe Flex technologies. The primary responsibility of the Sr. Engineer will be to work in a team environment and engage in full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, designing, developing, and testing software, project documentation and support of existing applications. * * *Key Responsibilities* · Analyze, design, and develop code for all application tiers on the module level. · Code, test, debug, and document. · Revise and update programs and create documentation as required. · Keep current on new Web-based technologies, Software Development Process, and company standards and practices. · Have fun applying creativity to difficult problems *Key Skills & Behaviors * · Languages and frameworks: C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, XML (schemas, documents, transformations), SQL (PL/SQL is a plus). Experience working with web services. · Expert knowledge of the .Net framework and object oriented design and programming concepts. · Strong knowledge of relational database. · Ability to solve problems and design software on the application level. · Proficiency in technical documentation using UML. · Experience with MS Visual Studio, Oracle (TOAD), XML Spy, Source Control Systems, NAnt, NUnit. · Solid front-end development capabilities (ASP.NET to Middleware) or back-end development capabilities (Middleware to Relational databases) · Prior experience going through different project life cycles at least in 2 projects (starting from Requirement, Design, Development and Testing) · Familiarity with creating build scripts. · Bachelor’s degree and more than 5 years professional coding experience delivering web based applications. *Additional Qualifications * · Knowledge of Flex, Action script a plus · Experience in .Net and Flex integration a plus *Corporate Profile:* RSquare's mission is to be the destination and source for great technical talent.
