HA/RAC Knowledge, configuring EBS on RAC *Expertise in Oracle database Performance Tuning skills with knowledge of OS level issue handling* Hands-on experience with all 11i/R12 Application DBA tasks Strong skills in troubleshooting, applications and database tuning, capacity planning Hardware load balancing on RAC , shared storage (ASM, OCFS, Veritas) etc Cloning (RDBMS / ERP Thorough knowledge of Oracle Cost Based Optimizer and clear understanding of Oracle architecture. Sound knowledge of business application development and support. Knowledge of Oracle Apps and Web Apps architecture is a big plus.
