Several openings for OH-based Project Managers to oversee and manage end-to-end software development projects. In this position, you will manage full lifecycle development projects for applications built on .NET, SQL Server and Lotus Notes using RUP and Agile methodologies. As part your daily tasks, you will set up project plans, monitor team progress, hold regular meetings, manage change requests and issues, negotiate timeline, review team deliverables, work with team members to break work into "chunks", and balance multiple priorities. Qualified candidates have successfully managed development projects and teams of 15+ individuals in a highly matrix environment. Prior financial management responsibility, risk management, and project planning are also needed. In addition, the individuals need have strong leadership skills, the ability to build relationships, and have strong influencing, negotiation and analytical skills.
