Job Title: Tivoli TDI Sr Developer
Location:  Portland,OR
Duration:  12 months

Job Description:    Identity Management (IDM) IBM Tivoli Directory
Integrator (TDI) developer contractor: to assist PGE’s Identity management
team implementation of various applications into Tivoli Identity Manager
tool (TIM) for identity and access management. This is a senior level
contractor role and must have security architecture and design experience in
a TIM 5.1/5.0 environment. This is not an entry level developer role. PGE
will not interview unless contractor has senior level experience on our
version level of the Tivoli TIM/TDI toolset.

Prioritization of Skills:
Required:
Experience with development and supporting production environments with TIM
5.1/5.0
LDAP directories, including Active Directory
TIM / TDI Workflow java scripting
Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL Programming skills
Ability to quickly synthesize information and understand complex systems
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum direct supervision
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to establish solid client
relationships

Highly Desirable:
Experience with CA Role and Compliance Manager / Eurekify Sage DNA role
engineering tool
Understanding of XML, XSLT
Subversion or other change management tools
Production Support and Monitoring expertise for relevant IDM tools

Description of Project:  These contractors will be responsible for support,
configuration changes, and workflow modifications for TIM.  They will also
assist with supporting production TDI interfaces, and implement change
requests. This will require cross-training with IDM support team and project
members, working with IT clients, learning and following PGE’s internal
processes. Other skills to be considered include knowledge of Subversion
change management tools, Appworx job scheduling and Unix.

Desired Deliverables:

Delivery of new applications within TIM/IDM toolset for identity and access
management at PGE, per agreed 2010 phase 1 project deliverables, following
the IDM team agile/scrum and SDLC methodologies.
Document all of the batch interfaces, technical specification documents as
well as revise or create support documents
Cross-train IDM PGE support team on all work and deliverables.

Knowledge Transfer (KT) to:
IDM team, Architects and Supervisor where appropriate.
Plan for Knowledge Transfer (KT) during Project:

Reviews with existing IDM team staff.  Status meetings with IDM team as
requested, with weekly status reports to supervisor, manager, IDM support
and project teams, etc. Participation in Agile sprint planning meetings and
daily scrum meetings, that are led by a PGE Scrum master.
