Following is a description of the Java Programmer/Analyst position. Responsibilities: Mastering Java technologies that are applicable to the product on which the candidate will work. Expertise on Java Server Faces, JBoss RichFaces, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Java Swing, Weblogic, J2EE Expertise on Web Services development Analysis of software bugs to determine proper fixes. Implementing software bug fixes with no guidance. Developing new software with no guidance. Establishing software development patterns, devising their solutions and educating the rest of the software development team. Mentoring Java Junior Level and Mid Level Programmer/Analysts. Education: All of the following: At least five years of professional experience with the Java programming language. A mastery of and extensive experience applying the concepts of object-oriented programming. A mastery of and extensive experience applying object-oriented design patterns.
