*F2F INTERVIEW AFTER THE TELEPHONIC ROUND:* Duration: 1 year Location: Fort Worth, TX Local to TX Bill Rate: $90.00 Skills: BAPI * College Degree * ECC 6.0 implementation * iDocs * RFC * SAP * SAP R/3 v4.0 or higher * Role Summary/Purpose The IT Application Architect will serve as the technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of SAP ERP systems. In this role they will assist other project team members as a guide in making key technical design and implementation decisions. They will also develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. Essential Responsibilities • Perform many tasks during the creation of a solution for the business including project management, technical architecture design, physical design and technology strategy will play a key role in engaging many parts of the information technology staff and peers to insure a successful rollout of an application solution. • Serve as technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of SAP ERP systems, which supports client and/or business objectives and plans. • Uses expert knowledge of SAP development tools such as ABAP, iDocs, BAPIs, RFCs and Workflows to design solutions to business problems. • Helps solve the most difficult technical problems on SAP ERP systems. • Assist and/or lead in the definition of systems solutions to functional problems, conforming to established system architecture standards and practices. • Drive solution reuse, reliability, performance, and scalability through deep knowledge of software design and of SAP. • Participate in business process evaluation / improvement activities, requirements gathering, system analysis, system design, software applicability studies and system implementation and executes projects based on these activities. • Provide input into the SAP Roadmap for the IT organization, & ensures that plans for the applications integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure. • Advise management on application and supporting technology purchases and on future projects or environment upgrades / modifications. • Participate and/or lead in the analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of information technology solutions for business processes. • Work as a business partner with client users to evaluate / improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions. • Conform to system architecture standards and practices and work with outsourced providers as required to keep up to date with enabling technologies. • Participate in the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutions Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years experience with SAP ABAP, iDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Workflows, and SAP R/3 v4.0 or higher • Minimum 2 years experience with software design areas of re-use, reliability, performance, scalability, and concurrency • Minimum 4 years experience in designing large scale enterprise wide business applications • Minimum 4 years experience designing, developing, testing and deploying application solutions within SAP • Minimum 4 years experience leading application development within SAP • Minimum 2 years experience with Web Methods or other integration solutions • Experience on at least one ECC 6.0 implementation - Experience with BIG IP and Netweaver PI. -- Thanks & Regards, Abhi a...@cigniti.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
