Immediate Need For Program Manager ERP - Interview And Start ASAP!! Job Title: Program Manager ERP Location: Van Buren Township, MI Duration: 3-6 Months Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field, OR a minimum 7 years of relevant IT work experience Minimum 5 years of IT experience in shaping or delivering ERP data management strategies Minimum 5 year of experience working with Oracle and /or SAP, additional ERP system knowledge is a plus Minimum 3 years of experience demonstrating working knowledge of typical ERP data objects, for ex: supply chain, finance, or material management Minimum 3 years of demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and stakeholder partnerships Minimum 2 years of data conversion experience Eligibility Requirements: Must be willing to work out of a Corporate IT office location in Van Buren Township, MI (near Ann Arbor / Detroit) Desired Characteristics Six-Sigma / PMI / PMP Certification IT CAS or ITLP graduate Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve Change oriented – actively generates process improvements; supports and drives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways Resourceful and quick learner; able to efficiently seek out, learn, & apply new areas of expertise as needed Highly self-motivated, able to work independently Superior organization, coaching and interpersonal skills combined with effective leadership, decision-making and communication Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute IT projects and assist Functional clients in planning initiatives.
