We need a DBA candidate primarily with strong performance tuning experience and secondly Oracle 11gR2 RAC/ASM experience. Candidate will concentrate on the performance tuning of this issues interfacing with Application Team and Project DBA. Responsible for the administration, optimization, monitoring, tuning and backup/retrieval of enterprise databases. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining user access, space management, database refreshes, and database security. Monitors database for potential problems and creates end-user reports. May write and tune SQL or PL/SQL code. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Database Administrator is required.
