Install, configure and troubleshoot Local Area Network or Wireless Network electronics such as routers, switches, VPN’s,. 2. Ability to gather, document, and present specific customer requirements in a methodical manner 3. Develop and present Local Area and Wireless Network diagrams and drawings that meet customer requirements and documentation to assist in communicating current operational status of networks to the command 4. Understanding of all OSI layers from application to physical, knowledge of RIP, OSPF and BGP 5. CCNP minimum required and/or equivalent certifications, 6. Experience working on Cisco ASR 9001 & ASR 1006 1. Expert-level understanding of Layer 2 and 3 internetworking technologies 2. Sound understanding and working knowledge of TCP/IP, access-control lists, policy-based routing, firewalls, peering, and DNS 9. Experience with F5 load balancer preferred. 10. Ability to comprehend, analyze and research problems of a complex nature, make judgment decisions and recommendations as to their solution 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2. Proven skills in problem solving and decision making 3. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership and mentoring skills 4. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). 5. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment. *Minimum Qualifications* - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years of experience as Network Engineer - Deep understanding of BGPv4, OSPF, MPLS , IPv4, IPV6 - CCNP Certification Required - Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio Job Requirements: CCNP or any equivallent certification is required.
