Be able to lead discussions around these with multiple client teams. · Enable process change /provide recommendations for the same as needed. · In depth knowledge of service requests and ITSM processes. · Be able to provide guidance for future state definition of service requests/ ITSM processes. · Experience with implementing ITSM solutions for major ITIL processes.
