Thanks! *Senior Business Intelligence Analyst * Location : Detroit Duration : Long term The Senior Business Intelligence Business Analyst serves as the liaison between business units and the BI Engineering team. This team member gathers requirements for reports and analytic dashboards within our state-of-the-art reporting system. In this highly cross functional role, Business Analysts teach our partners how to leverage tools effectively by performing functional testing and conducting training sessions. *Responsibilities* • Define solution scope and objectives for requests based on user needs and how they impact business processes • Devise or modify reporting tools to solve business problems • Build alerts and notifications based on performance data • Translate business and user needs into system requirement specifications • Coordinate with business leaders to prioritize and schedule development projects • Work with other system business analysts to oversee project dependencies • Write and execute thorough test plans • Communicate the availability of new reports and features within the reporting system • Participate actively in end-user training • Participate in production code pushes after regular business hours • Shadow business users to fully understand business processes and challenges • Share best practices to help other team members develop • Seek feedback, new challenges and growth opportunities *Requirements* • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems or business administration • Five years of experience gathering requirements for software development or report development projects • Five years of experience using general software development methodologies • Five years of experience writing SQL queries with SQL Server, Oracle or a similar process • Experience mentoring others and leading small project teams • Strong communication skills What’ll Make You Special • Experience in the title and settlement services industries *reply to* *hab...@addonusa.com <hab...@addonusa.com>* *HABEEB* Addon Technologies, Inc 734-956-4737 Ext: 160 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
