Brief Description of Duties, Including Planned Special Projects: • Implement and support 3rd party application environments. • Duties include determining requirements, installing and configuring application software on servers, troubleshooting server software, and documenting application installation tasks. • Must exhibit good customer service skills and be able to communicate with technical peers. • Position requires the ability to use sound judgment in making decisions, complete projects on time and on budget, and adapt to multiple demands and changing priorities.
