Work must be done on-site at CDOC headquarters in Colorado Springs.The vendor shall provide one or more individuals who are skilled in PHP development and whom can translate business requirements into a technical design and then develop the PHP code. Experience with a database management system, software development, and PHP code is required, as is experience with javascript and jQuery. Professional level expertise in PHP code development is critical to project success and candidates should be prepared to submit a portfolio of previous documented work efforts for review.
